First Floor Usage Rates

 Capacity: Table seating - 100, Standing reception - 250

 

 
Gatherings with light snacks (small receptions, meetings, showers)

 30 persons or less - up to 3 hours - $50.00

 ........................... - up to 5 hours - $75.00

 ................................ - all Day - $100.00

 31 to 75 persons - up to 3 hours - $75.00

 ........................... - up to 5 hours - $125.00

 ................................ - all Day - $150.00

 76 to 100 persons - up to 3 hours - $150.00

 ........................... - up to 5 hours - $225.00

 ................................ - all Day - $300.00

 
Seated dinners - up to half a day

 30 persons or less - up to 3 hours - $50.00

 31 to 50 persons - up to 3 hours - $100.00

 51 to 75 persons - up to half a day - $250.00

 76 to 100 persons - up to half a day - $300.00

 Kitchen cooking fee: $25 or 10% of caterer's fee

 
Graduation open houses and Wedding receptions

 5 hours - $300.00

 
Nonprofit Organizations

 3 hours - $50.00

 5 hours - $75.00

 All day - $150.00

 Two days - $300.00

 Rates include: Kitchen use for serving and cleanup

 Tables and chairs

 Tablecloth - #3.00 each

 
If the number of people attending a scheduled event increases by 10%

 over the contracted rate, the rate at the next rate level will be charged.

 
The event length of time is defined as the time the building is opened for

 the event to when it is closed or inspected at the completion of the event.

 If the event time extends beyond the agreed time, an additional charge of

 $25.00 per half hour will be due
